When will my order ship?

We will process and ship all our orders within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

How long will it take to get my order?

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will be notified with a shipping confirmation email which will have tracking attached. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery for Domestic shipments within the continental United States and 14-20 business days for International shipments. The are not actual delivery times but estimated times with possibly shipping delays included.

Shipments do not move on weekends, which means a business day is considered Monday to Friday only.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If your order is late more than 5 business days please contact and we will help you resolve the issue immediately. If your order arrives too late (expected delivery time + 5 business days), you can either refuse delivery or return it to us for a refund.

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The average amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. This may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Maddison Watches cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

What movements are used?

Seeing other brands selling a “luxury watch” but using Japanese bottom base movements which don’t last long and have quality issues, we decided to search out a brand of movement with longevity, consistence and high quality standards. That is why we chose the luxury quality Swiss Ronda movements and we only use these movements in all our watches. We did not cheap out on the main component which drives the watch.

Are the watches waterproof?

All our watches are waterproof up to 5 ATM. Just note that you have to have the main stem push all the way in for the waterproof seal to be engaged otherwise you may get water into the watch.

What are the straps made of?

Our Leather watch straps are made from real genuine high quality suede cow hide. No fake feeling with these straps.

Our metal straps weather regular or mesh are made with 316 L stainless steel. The highest quality stainless steel used.

What kind of glass is used?

Another important component we didn’t cheap out on. We went with using a high quality crystal sapphire glass. This is much harder and more scratch resistant than a more commonly used hardened mineral glass on less quality watches.

Does the watch have a warranty?

Under this limited warranty, your watch’s parts and workmanship are guaranteed under abnormal use for 24 months from the date of purchase. If you become aware of a defect in parts or workmanship during this time, Maddison Watches will, at its sole discretion, provide for repair or replacement of your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If your watch’s or any part original to your model is not available, a substitute of equal value may be provided for purposes of repair or replacement.

To obtain repair or replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorized Maddison Watches retailer or service provider, who will provide additional instructions. If the watch was purchased in the Maddison Watches online store, or if you wish to obtain contact information of authorized Maddison Watches retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department by using the contact form on our website:

If you mail your watch for repair or replacement, you must ensure it is packaged carefully to avoid any damage during shipping. Do not include any special watchband or any other item of personal value in the shipment, as we cannot guarantee its return.

Although you will not be charged for repair or replacement under this warranty, you may be required to cover the costs of packaging and emailing your watch to an authorized Maddison Watches retailer or service provider, as well as the costs of return shipping and handling. If it is determined that the warranty is void or does not apply, you may be charged for part or all of any repair or replacement. If the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of repair or replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
– Batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystals
– Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or mishandling of any part of the watch or any accessories, handling that is  inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines included with your watch, lack of proper care  or improper maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear, or any factor other than a defect  in the watch’s parts or workmanship.

Damage resulting from repair, service, or alterations by anyone other than an authorized Maddison Watches retailer or service provider is not covered under this warranty, and shall void the warranty.
